2. Implement product roadmap

3. Control testing to ensure high quality

4. Work with operations team to get bugs resolved quickly

5. Work with operations team to get technical customer service tickets handled quickly

6. Hire and interview additional developers when needed to join the team

7. Get software produced quickly and to a high standard
